Our work

We bring human-like decision making into game mechanics. We do this via behavior systems that rely on a combination of generative AI and planning algorithms from gaming and robotics. The most obvious use case is AI NPCs, but game masters, storytellers, opponents, and a myriad of other game mechanics can be greatly enhanced by the same core technology.We do this via a combination of knowledge graphs, “inner monologues”, code generation, and action planning. Ramón Iglesias
Founder and CEO

A Stanford PhD who traded optimizing ride-share fleets for revolutionizing gaming, Ramón combines deep technical expertise with an unbridled love for storytelling. When not reading every book in Morrowind or imagining newspaper headlines in Civilization VI, he's building Clementine's AI tools to help developers create the next generation of games.

Abhijat Biswas
Founding AI Engineer

Abhijat is a 2024 Robotics PhD from Carnegie Mellon, where he spent 5 years thinking about how autonomous agents like robots and vehicles could learn from human non-verbal signals, especially eye gaze. He is excited about building the tools to enable the next generation of video game interactions that will allow players to express their creativity using AI as an interpretive intermediary.

Kenneth Faulkner
Founding Technical Designer

Kenneth is a game developer, designer, and engineer with a lifelong passion for game design and indie development. He believes that anyone, regardless of experience, should have the tools to bring their games to life. Inspired by Ocarina of Time, Breath of the Wild, and Hollow Knight as his all-time favorite games, he’s drawn to the magic of exploration, tight gameplay, and storytelling that can bring a true sense of wonder to players. And with years of experience in both AAA and indie spaces, he aims on building those kinds of games for his players.
